Bourbon Barrel Sailboat

Many of the old sailing ships (think pirate ships, or "Old Ironsides") were built in part with white oak - the same wood species used in today’s bourbon barrels. Its tight grain and resistance to water, rot and pests makes white oak ideal for boats and barrels alike.
That little nugget inspired us to build some boats of our own - from the same wood used in Kentucky bourbon barrels. Literally. This handsome vessel is handcrafted with the toasty white oak of authentic retired bourbon barrels.
So add a splash of Kentucky’s spirit to your home, office or captain’s quarters with this sturdy craft from the Bluegrass. Here's to smooth waters and smoother bourbon.
